The FitzMe app is complementary to the FitzMe portal, a web environment where users can do different types of actions to improve their health like questionnaires and outcomes, online trainings, search for relevant information (articles, animation, vlogs, etc) and chat with their coach.
With the app the user has all these possibilities on their mobile phone including the possibility for push notifications and connection to Apple Health.
The FitzMe portal/app is developed for and commissioned by CZ, the biggest Health Insurance company in the Netherlands.
